[JW Lua] FCInstrumentDef feature request

Charles,

I just noticed that Jari put all the instrument names into the 
documentation of the UUIDs at 
http://www.finaletips.nu/frameworkref/class_f_c_staff.html#a51b90068fd41fa3b525abcb3a7c303af
Maybe you can copy&paste them into your script ? Should not be too much 
effort with a text editor and a few regular expressions.
