[JW Lua] "Enclosures Line Thickness" value missing in FCSizePrefs

Jari,

in FCSizePrefs the "Line Thickness - Enclosures" value from Document 
Options->Lines and Curves is missing.
The other thickness values (staff lines and ledger lines) are available 
in that class.
