[JW Lua] FCSeparatePlacement and link between score and parts ... solved

After a lot of trial and error, it now works.
It seems to be a combination of FCSeparatePlacement.VerticalOffset1 and 
FCTextRepeat.VerticalOffset depending on the current part/score and the 
IndividualPositioning option.
