[JW Lua] Need help with bug reports: My JW Lua bug report and feature wish list

Hi Jari,

here is my bug report and feature wish list.
I have worked through all my mails starting in January 2014 and 
re-tested all the bugs/missing features in the report.
This is what is left over and is still needed for my plugins.
All test scripts are included except for one or two entries, where a 
test document was needed which is included in the original emails.

I have created three categories each with high priority and nice-to-have 
(=low priority) sub groups:
1.) Bugs
2.) Code included in the C++ PDF, but not ported to JW Lua,
3.) New features

This is a lot (12 pages) ... but I think, it's a comprehensive list of 
what came up in the last 3 years and still is relevant.
