[JW Lua] Metrics of word extension smartshapes not working

Jari,

when I calculate the metrics of word extension type smartshapes, I 
always get an invalid (1,1) point result.
Seems to be not working. I tried both CalcLeftCellMetricPos and 
CalcLeftEntryMetricPos, though I assume that CalcLeftEntryMetricPos 
(with the start note entry as parameter) is the correct one.
