[JW Lua] FCShapeExpressionDef.VerticalBaselineOffset is missing

Jari,

I just noticed that FCShapeExpressionDef.VerticalBaselineOffset is 
missing in JW Lua, although it's documented as Lua-supported. It's 
missing both as property and method and has a huge influence on my 
expression optimization algortihms which include baseline optimization. 
Would be great if you could fix this soon.
