[JW Lua] 5/16 time sig hack not JW Lua compatible

Jari,

on the Finale mailing list there has been recently the suggestion for a 
0.625 / 2 time signature if you want to have a 5/16 time sig with only 
one beaming group. Weird idea ... but it works.
(Original post:  ".625 /2 in the composite time signature box would give 
you what you want, with 5/16 for display")

Unfortunately JW Lua does not recognize it yet.
FCTimeSignature:MakeString returns 0/2 in this case. It seems to not 
support decimals.
