[JW Lua] Windows: Color constants of the user dialog in RGP/JW Lua

Robert,

thank you very much for releasing v0.65!

Another long-term bug in JW/RGP Lua/Windows are (probably) the color 
constants in user dialogs.
It seems that the background of static text doesn't match the color 
constant of the background.
It looks fine in "Standard Windows Grey": everything seems to be the 
same grey.
But it looks weird if the color system changes.

See attached screenshot:
you can see the actual widths of the text elements and the text 
background doesn't match the dialog background anymore.

Could you please have a look at this?
