[JW Lua] JWLua Menu plugin

Ahh....that wasn't clear to me from the doc page, but I see it now in the
sample files -- "selects the subfolder containing the RGP Lua plugin".
Okay, I changed it to "MENUNAME RGP Lua", and now there's no error -- but
also none of the Lua plugins appear.
