[JW Lua] JWLua Menu plugin

It seems that the issue is that USEMAINMENU is not optional, as the docs
indicate. If I add that setting, the plugin works as expected. Without that
setting, none of the Lua plugins appear anywhere.

It's a little unfortunate, because I didn't really want to add another main
menu item. But it's better than having them not organized at all.

Can anyone else confirm this behavior? Any chance of a fix?
