[JWplugins] Plug-in Update: JW Merge Layers v1.06

Hello!

JW Merge Layers 1.06 is now availbale. New in this version:
* If the merge results results in a one-layered result, the rests now 
defaults to be vertically centered on the staff. This is a 
user-definable option that can be accessed through JW Plug-in Tool.

* A user message is displayed user if no processing could be made.
