[JWplugins] Plug-in Update: JW Chord Manager v1.05

Hello!

"JW Chord Manager" version 1.05 is now available for download. New in 
this release:

* "Add Reverse Octave" task added.
* Windowshade functionality added (enabled through JW Plug-in Tool 
option), so the window only shows the title bar when it isn't in focus.
* Fixed so there's no message from Finale when partial measures are 
processed.
* The 'Drop' tasks can now drop any chords that covers the drop. To only 
drop 4-note chords as in the previous versions, set the option in JW 
Plug-in Tool to ON.
