[JWplugins] Plug-in Update: JW Staff Polyphony v1.06

Hello!

"JW Staff Polyphony" version 1.06 is now available for download. It's a 
bug fix release and contain the following fixes:

* Fixed: "Layers/Copy", "Layers/Move" and "Staves/Merge to Layers" lost 
tuplets if the tuplet started with a rest
* Fixed: "Staves/Merge" always respaced music, regardless of "Respace in 
necessary" setting.
* Memory leaks found and fixed
