[JWplugins] JW plug-ins and keyboard macro programs

Hello!

The latest beta of "JW Change" contains a "macro-friendly" mode that can 
be enabled through JW Plug-in Tool. This UI option is mainly for Mac 
users, where the container view can't be accessed through the usual 
keyboard macro commands. Feel free to test it and let me know if you 
have any comments. When I know it works ok, I can implement it in other 
multi-purpose plug-ins as well.

For Windows users, the multi-purpose plug-ins that contain "tree views" 
can be used with macro programs. I have set up a page on how to run 
plug-in tasks through the freeware macro program "AutoHotkey" on the Wiki:
