[JWplugins] Implode name

I'd pay cold hard cash if this plugin included the capabilities of TGTools
"Smart Explosion of multi-part staves".  No need to include the bugs,
though.

Yes, but to avoid any further confusion, the plug-in name is "JW Staff 
Polyphony".
