[JWplugins] JW Change Pitches: change all notes to single pitch.

I would like to ask, if "change pitches" coud include option "change all
notes" to e.g. "B4"? Please look at the screenshot.

There's a dedicated plug-in "Single Pitch", but JW Change Pitches can be
opened all the time.
