[JWplugins] Need Help Using the JW Plugin Tool Manager

A couple of my "very old" Mac plug-in releases had an issue in the 
resources that caused the plug-in to be reported by JW Plug-in Tool as 
not installed although they are installed. Some of these plug-ins have 
been replaced by other plug-ins nowadays, and others are going to be 
replaced by new functionality in the future.
