JW Meter & Rhythm->Rhythm Transformation->Rests (using "Transform According to Signature" or "Merge Adjacent Rests") seems to be what you need.

JW Validate (currently in the Beta section) should be able to alert you about the examples you gave in later builds. (The functionality is not there in the current beta version.)

There will be a plug-in for that later this year (I hope!), that will include this and other related tasks. I'll let the you all know when I'm a bit closer to "release" on that project.

This is a feature request you need to send to MM. Plug-ins aren't able to lock data from other parts of Finale.

I try to make as many of my plug-ins as possible supporting partial regions. The biggest exception is JW Staff Polyphony, for technical reasons.

JW Change (currenty in beta) will later be able to set expressions according to a specific positioning.

How do you want to align the articulations? On a horizontal line?

This is one of the main parts of what JW Validate will do in later builds.

Should this page be inserted to all linked parts?

I'll probably provide some common spelling mistakes in musical terms in JW Validate later on.

The current build of JW Validate reports much of this.

> 11. Independent Beaming:

Try the JW Change BETA. It should be able to do much of this. It's available in the "Beta Versions" section on the site.

> 12. Tempo Finder

I agree. I had a Tempo Viewer in the Forza! plug-in long ago. Now it has become even more complex with Human Playback and everything.

> 13. Importing Libraries

There will be a feature for this in a plug-in later on (similar to my old "Forza!" plug-in for Windows).

> 14. Accidental Space:

Try and see if JW Note Spacing with "Fixed Barlines" checked might help a little here. That will space a measure without affecting the barlines.

> 15. Articulation Flip:

The JW Change BETA can do this in the current build.
