[JWplugins] Plug-in update: JW Measure Numbers

Hello!

Version 1.04 of "JW Measure Numbers" is now available for download. 
Fixed in this update:
* Fixed a big Mac UI problem introduced in v1.03 (where the JW Pattern 
resource was destroying the appearance of the plug-in)
* Fixed a Windows issue when windowshade is turned ON/OFF while the 
plug-in window is open
