[JWplugins] Plug-in update: JW Accidentals v1.02

Hello!

Version 1.02 of "JW Accidentals" is now available for download with the 
following additions/changes:
* Added a "Scan+Change" button, that will make the changes without a review
* Grand staves now work on pre-Fin2012 version as well (the plug-in 
makes a guess by looking at 2-staff high groups with piano braces with a 
group name)
* Double-clicking in the result will now toggle the check marks between 
"all ON" and "all ON".
* Fixed a crash that happened when "Restate Differences After Key Sig 
Change" is OFF
* Fixed a crash on the Mac that sometimes could occur when user exits Finale
