[JWplugins] Plug-in update: JW Meter and Rhythm v1.05

Hello!

"JW Meter and Rhythm" version 1.05 is now available for download. New in 
this update:
* Added a "Transform Compound Signature" mode to Rhythm 
transformation/Rests, which is a specialized compound measure rest 
formatter. (It will rebuild the rests in the measure, which "Format 
Compound Rests" will not.)
* Added Windowshade support
* Fixed a file-specific bug in Rhythm Transformation->Rests->Transform 
According to Signature, where dotted eight note rests caused the note to 
get extremely short
