[JWplugins] Plug-in update: JW Accidentals 1.03

Hello!

"JW Accidentals" version 1.03 is now available for download. The 
following bugs are fixed in this update:
* Measures with independent key signatures now work correctly (most 
notably, when checked against other staves) and report the correct 
sounding pitch.
* "Delete" button in the Settings Profile Editor now works on the Mac
* "Apply" button in the Settings Profile Editor now works on the Mac
