[JWplugins] JW Freeware Plug-in Donation Page

Hello!

Since many plug-in users have requested a "donate" possibility for the 
JW Freeware plug-ins, I have now set up a donate page (handled through 
Paypal - you don't need a Paypal account).

The link to the donate page is also available from the plug-in downloads 
page.

Please note that nothing has changed - the plug-ins are still as free to 
use as they were before. Thanks!
