[JWplugins] Plug-in update: JW Meter and Rythm 1.06

Hello!

"JW Meter and Rhythm" version 1.06 is now available for download from 
the Finale tips site.

New in this update are 2 new tasks in a new container called "Measure 
groups":
* Merge - Merges the selected measures into one big measure.
* Repeated Merge - Merges measures into group of _ measures across the 
selected area, while preserving the measure contents. If you for example 
want to rebar a 2/4 section into 4/4, this is a good choice.
