[JWplugins] Two problems with "JW Meter..."

Jari,

I noticed two problems with "JW Meter ..." when running a "Triplet to 
Compound Meter" (2/4 -> 6/8):

- the plug-in doesn't like a 2/4 bar that holds a "whole measure" rest 
(i.e. 4/4 rest) on one layer, because of cue notes on another layer. So 
the plug-in won't convert that measure. Maybe you could allow 4/4 full 
measure rests in non 4/4 measures (at least as an option) and just keep 
them during the conversion process ?

- the plug-in doesn't like a quintuplet or septuplet (for example from 
the harp script) and won't convert that measure either.
