[JWplugins] Plug-in Update: JW Space Empty Rests v1.06

Hello!

JW Space Empty Rests, version 1.06 is now available for download. For 
Mac users, this is a mandatory update if you're using any recent version 
of OSX or Finale.

New/fixed in this version:

* Last window position is now remembered
* Last user settings are now stored on disk
* Built for Cocoa on the Mac (requires OSX 10.7 or later)
* Much smaller executable file size on Windows.
