[JWplugins] Plug-in Update: JW Navigate v1.09

Hello!

JW Navigate, version 1.09 is now available for download on Windows and 
Mac. For Mac users, this is also a mandatory update (for stability 
reasons) if you're using any recent version of OSX or Finale.

New/fixed in this version:

* UI fix on the Mac, so full popup texts are fully displayed
* Stability fix related to automatic reheasal figures
* Built for Cocoa on the Mac (requires OSX 10.7 or later)
* Much smaller executable file size on Windows.
