[JWplugins] Plug-in Update: JW Copy Part Layout, v. 1.04

Hello All!

JW Copy Part Layot, version 1.04 is now available for download on 
Windows and Mac. For Mac users, this is also a mandatory update (for 
stability reasons) if you're using any recent version of OSX or Finale.

New/fixed in this version:
* Part list now appears in the same sort order as the "Manage Parts" 
dialog box
* Built for Cocoa on the Mac (requires OSX 10.7 or later)
* Much smaller executable file size on Windows.
