[JWplugins] Plug-in Update: JW Meter and Rhythm v1.13

Hello All!

JW Meter and Rhythm, version 1.13 is now available for download on 
Windows and Mac. For Mac users, this is also a mandatory update (for 
stability reasons) if you're using any recent version of OSX or Finale.

New/fixed in this version:
* Fixed a bug related to parsing composite time signatures.
* Built for Cocoa on the Mac (requires OSX 10.7 or later)
* Much smaller executable file size on Windows.
