[JWplugins] Cautionary accidental plug-in

Dear Jari,

The built in Cautionary Accidentals plugin is indeed buggy, so much so that I avoid using it. This would be enormously helpful to me.

There are plans for work for me in Gothenburg in the Fall and if they materialize, Margot and I would be honored to buy you dinner in your favorite restaurant!
