[JWplugins] beautify stems (and beams)

in JW Change i have a sequence to increase the length of 16th notes (also works
on 8ths and dotted eighths) but it only seems to run on the last entry in the
measure.  there are no other sequnces in the script so i don't know why this
would happen.

also when selecting "relative" it increases it relative to the current length,
despite the information stating it should increase relative to the default
length.  is this an error?
